Would anyone working for Eastern be prepared to update the present general conditions and atmosphere?

Imagine how quick Yusane Bolt can run.

If all of us could get a job sorted elsewhere he would look like he was standing still.

So, what is really wrong?

I think any current Eastern pilots seem too busy to reply.
Like vest says above there is another thread on with more info about what's happening.

Up until fairly recently things were getting silly, maximum duties minimum rest lots of time in hire cars and hotels, tech aircraft and incredibly poor management. I can't comment on how it is now though. I suspect it still is bad.

The chief pilot and one or two managers are leaving, there seems to be lots of speculation as to if they were pushed out.

Basically things can only get better. Crews are true grafters and some of the nicest people I have met but few hang about for long.
