I just saw that they added a 777 in their own livery (perhaps already operating it and another for Biman Bangladesh) - in addition to 5-6 757s and 767s (including a cargo version). Are the 777 crews internal fleet transfers or external hires? I had read that they hired some Brazilian crews (perhaps ex Varig 777?).

Have they been hiring lately with this expansion? If so, do you need to be typed and do you need to speak Portugese?

I've read that pay is below average but the crews are good fun (although that won't pay the bills). How's the QOL?
