This company is expanding, adding additional B744´s and with B748´s on order.
Have they ever hired pilots from western countries?

No they don't. Unless it's changed recently, the f/deck has got to be manned by the holders of the Russian Pilot's License.
But you're right, they are expending although slowly for the moment.
