NO News.....
 

- People are going home according Moncef roster,
- Medical are payed after several time in front of Benadoo office and too late,
- Overtime ..... NOT ...... still waiting ......
- Uniforms, poor quality and insufficient for 7 days on duty; only 5 shirts, NO coat....
- Roster Manager is UNABLE..... 15 days.....changed every day 7-1-7....several flights cancelled,
- SEVERAL first officers are living (5 + 2 /3 soon....)
- The famous 10 Eagle Jet Pilots.......STBY......only 2 are planned for screening, the Moroccan DCA has not approved the program......
- Salary and housing allowance on time (Thanks to Recriuters)
- Rame does NOT respect several points of the contract
- Lack of respect for personnel
- Roster over the Flight and duty limits (according Manex and Law)
- Nonexistent Chief Pilot
- Cheap maintenance of the airplanes
- Lack of technical documentation for Pilots and Cabin Crew
- ..........

Kind pilots, announce you that besides the 5 pilots, others two have given the resignations, one won't renew the contract and another is on the way.

About the Two ATR
 

NO NEWS, they don't have money for them and the company is going down.....

Two more F/O left. One captain and one F/O to come. All together 6 F/O les then beginning. Company in process to hire new F/O but it will take 2 to 3 months for them to come due CAD Morocco. Roster still the same no improvement. New summer schedule starts in April with lot of new flights but question is who will fly those flights. We can not serve existing ones with this number. So good luck to new guys and to ourselves.

Just got information one captain fired. Reason unknown to me.

how I was predicting the captain will not join, the co-pilot probably will.

For me no difference weather somebody join or not. According to information from yesterday one captain is waiting for route check to start flying. Most probably F|O as well. Anyway somebody finished a ground course (CRM, dangerous goods etc) and will start to fly soon. If I am wrong, sorry.
This information is to the guys who want to join not for the pilots inside a company. We know what is going on.

So Emir was right. Today a have heard that he is not joining us.
My point all the time is to give an information as aqurate as possible From now on I will stop. Whoever need any information send me a private massage.

Just for my information , how many TRI/TRE do you have in your compagnie?

should be 4 TRI and 1 TRE but the certification process is very fast sometime.....days...hours....minutes....:ok:

One Captain fired because refuses to overtake duty limits.......:D

and Marilyn Manson still there.:}

To be completely clear. I have closed my post because that was not a place to discuss your opinions. Here is a place.
So for a last time to you. I have 3 more months of contract here. Since nobody from RAME offered me a new contract I am looking for other opportunities. So still here and still working for RAME. And no I am not working over limits and never will. As a matter a fact I was never asked to work over limit not even once.
Why you did not join I do not know and to be honest I do not care. That was your choice and as a grown man you had every right to do so. But your bitterness is boring and sometimes annoying. Not much to me but for some other people from Regional now working for RAME.
So, please as you said this is a free world, continue doing what are you doing and as long as you want and as long as this make you happy. Is it not a point to be happy.
And as a pilot to pilot I still wish you all the happiness you can get.

It was just funny for me see one guy be fired because he refused to fly above the limits and nobody helped him.

But again, It is not my business.


Seems to me you are a rational guy, but your compatriot not(you know who Iam talking about)... I`ve tried to talk personally to him,but he refused..I dont know why.....scared maybe???
