Alright lads, just let's agree to remember that experienced military multi-engine pilots are just as capable of undermining our commercial Ts&Cs as a CTC cadet with £100K of debt, if they look to finance their own training or 'pay-to-fly' just to get their bum on a seat.

Whether you place the blame on the job-hunting pilot in question, the airline concerned, or existing pilots for not standing up to this rot (probably because it hasn't affected their own pay cheque...yet) is a different argument, and one we shall have again and again. I blame all three. :ugh:

I think you are right about whom to blame. But, I think the only ones who
could stop this are the senior pilots at the companys. But it seems that
they ain't got the guts to do it.

Nope everybody has to stand up for t and c's, you can't expect someone else to do your dirty work!
