PPRuNe Forums - Flybe online application??

Just spent days completing Flybe online application only to receive an email saying I do not appear to meet their minimum requirements for DEC.

Well, according to their website, DEC requirements are 2500 hours total plus 500 P1 hours on a suitable type (any PT turboprop over 10 tonnes).

My experience is 8500 total hours and over 3000 hours P1 on large turboprops. I also have 1500+ hours on B727/757 (mostly P1).

Can somebody please tell me how I'm not meeting Flybe minimum requirements for DEC?!??

Also can anyone tell me if it's possible to contact Flybe by phone as they don't appear to be giving that info on their website. Cheers...
