BA DEP - Second time round.
 

Hi all,

I've been fortunate enough to be offered a second invitation to attend selection at BA after failing the sim last year. I was just wondering how many BA readers were successful at the second attempt?

Also, was the interview similar or did they acknowledge the fact that you had been there before.

Knee Trembler

I went for selection 3 years ago whilst at OAT. Didn't get in, through lack of aviation related experience for the interview.
Went again for the 2nd time in April. Everything still the same. During the interview i let slip i had failed 1st time. Both interviews had not idea i had attended previously as they dont bother checking.
They asked why i think i failed last time, and i think by answering their questions about it,i was put in a much better position. They like to see determination etc.
I start with them in a few months :)
