Anyone have experience with the bonding clauses of contracts where the company has paid for the type-rating, but otherwise broken several other clauses. Do Courts uphold the bond aspects regardless of other circumstances or ? Any input would be of interest...

Depends on the facts, and also whether there has been a material breach. Have you discussed with the employer those aspects which are of concern to you?
