Flight Duty Pay

Would like to know what current U.K. carriers are paying their crews who recieve Flight Duty Pay by the hour.
Particularly MON/BY/TCX/EZY/FR

Just join Balpa. They have all the payscales and rates of sector or flight pay etc.

ppjn may be free and provides some good basic detail, but its not always up to date and sometimes gives very misleading information.
