Ryanair ? WTF ! a web site

I have heard and read some of the stories about the alleged airline Ryanair. How much their antics are a trend for the future in other areas of aviation, I could not say. In fact, that does not bear thinking about.
I have found a site dedicated to this 'Fred Karno's Circus', if you all already know about this site, please accept my apologies.
Now for your comments; Can Ryanair be really that bad?

The way they don't look after their employees !:=

guys:

what I really dont understand is: why bother with all this (website, union,...) if you can just leave and go somewhere else. the jobs are available for pilots and cabin crew.

FR,

g109, I agree mostly however two reasons I think that scare me are a) the amount of newbiews turning out for the JI and thinking that with 200 hours I can be a great jet jockey. In America that's the unthinkable as well as in places like Australia, NZ, and Canada. To me its better to FI for the most part or get a job with a Turboprop operator and build hours. b) FR is creating a new industry standard in how to screw the employee from money and terms. I disagree heavily with a SSTR scheme, weither it be a U2 or FR one, line training payments are a joke, and in today's world few airlines outside the major's offer the bonds without a payment up front.

I can't reach to every pilot in Europe but, if you want fair standards don't join a compnay because you can have a TOGA power setting or autothrottles. Join a company because all that hard work for QOL, and that money spent training needs to go to something earned.

I love flying and I love the job, heck even more so then some girls I dated but, (hats are sweet, old school from a young guy I know) the industry owes you two things, a free TR, and a solid T & C. That's it and with airlines like FR and even U2 cost cutting doesn't just mean on the website it means from your pockets too.
