... More to the point, why would anybody want to go back?
|
Huh?
My last company would NEVER rehire any pilot who had left the company. There is nothing worse than a disgruntled employee. Why on earth would you want them back? |
I do take your point but although you might be happy to go back, the management might not be quite so happy to have you back.
The fact that you have left once (for whatever reason) is a fair indication that you might well do it again in management's eyes. |

So? Isnīt Management exactly that bunch that would like to get rid of employees as quick as possible when business is bad? I sign a contract, I īm not marrying the company... |
Well, why on earth would you want to go back to FR?
Having left in the first place, is also a fair indication of what the company is like! Problem with Ryanair management is that they think they are the Only airline in the world and everything revolves around them... makes me laugh. :} |
there will come a time when ryanair will need pilots desperately and take any man and his dog ( dog with or without EU passport ).
is Stansted a brookfield only base now with ??????? thanks all.:ugh: |
Has any body got permanent employment with RYR recently? It sounds like they are trying to move to a completely 'sub-contract' workforce. Dangerous dangerous precedent....

Taking Less
Bear in mind all you guys that take less money to get the hours... ,command... ,right seat... whatever. That the decent airlines, that you think you will go to with your hours, will start offering the going rate...the one you initially accepted ....They won't pay more...why should they when people will work for less.
So you are not doing yourselves or the rest of us any favors. :hmm: |
