Part time at EasyJet
 

Hi there,

I was wondering what an average month is like at EasyJet if you are on a 75% or 50% roster. I am interested in how the part timer's fit into the 5/4/5/3 pattern.

Also what take home pay could a Captain expect on the 75% or 50% scale

I don't think 5354 applies to part-time. You either work a split week option or split month and you need to be in the company for at least a year before you can apply for it.

Not quite sure what roster you work but from what I hear the 75% option just isn't worth it. You get 75% pay for sometimes even more than 100% work (go figure...). 50% seems to be doable and with the current surplus of crews *cough* available for the winter season. Somebody out there must be able to give you the work pattern roster options.
