PARC and Contracts (ANA)
 

Hi there people...does anyone have any information on PARC aviation and their reputations as a contracts Company. Please include good news as well as bad. I'm interested in the Osaka 767 jobs and would welcome any relevant information. :rolleyes:

I have had a friend take up a contract through them for approx 12 months. Had no problems.

I'm an engineer, I've worked for them for years, no problems, always paid on time, very helpful if you need anything and very nice people to deal with. I know several other people who have the same experience.

Now Dave, about that pay rise, lick lick, slurp slurp!

The problem will not be Parc related: it is the Japanese (and mostly oriental) approach to aviation.
There are some cultural differences that add up and can complicate things a lot.
For instance, small and insignificant mistakes, that are so regarded among us westerns, can mean a fail for them and lead to a termination after a copious training/class program.
Be carefull.

I did a ferry flight for PARC on the B-747 a year or two ago.
My experience with PARC was very positive:
Good pay, all hotels arranged for, pax back to home etc. All made on time and in C class.

Quite impressed with PARC.

Been with Parc two and a half years. No problems at all. Money always in the bank on time and any lack of information about renewals etc is usually down to the hiring company not making its mind up about what it wants. Recommended.
