By showing the way, you did the hard work for us.
We ( SAS pilots ) were as far apart from management as can be on our just completed pay talks, but when you succeded, our management saw where the wind was blowing, and let us have the biggest rise for many years. ( 2 years/ 16-19% ) We´re still lagging behind, but moving in the right direction, with bigger steps than before.
I credit much of our new agreement, to the hard work that you did.
Hope that we can do good for you some day!

It was good that quite a few of your CPs were here being trained during the time.
