Anyone have the lowdown on working for Air Seychelles?

They are starting a B737 operation this year.

Salary, liefestyle, company culture and cost of a new pair of flippers and googles . . .

Steer clear unless you are a local. I have a friend working over there and I hear disturbing news. Have you been offered a position on the B737NG? Still it might be a better deal for you than it is for him.
