Do Singapore Airlines offer basings?

Topic says it all. Do SQ offer any overseas bases?

Singapore Changi and London Heathrow UK are the two bases. London based are on lower salaries than the expats in Singapore.

More bases are rumoured/planned for the future- last I heard LAX and Sydney where being thought about.
