What are Go like to work for....?

Can anyone give me any info on Go - pay, conditions, rosters, attitudes, time to command,what they are like to work for etc. Anyone know why their CP resigned - turbulent times in the company perhaps?

New temporary Chief Pilot is Ed Winter (the companies Director of Operations) - wanna know why the previous incumbent resigned then have a look at some of the previous threads on this (use search).

Ps, Captains are to receive a major pay increase - to stem the flood - just a shame they didn't do it sooner.

StressFree, Line Captain salary now £75,000 including sector pay.

In addition there is now a profit-share scheme, and before some smart-arse says "what profit?" GO expect to report a profit iro £1.5M for the current financial year.
