Taking into consideration resident cost of living, which Star Alliance Pilots are the lowest paid?

Maybe I'm geographically biased but I nominate Tyrolean Airways and Lauda Air for winner and runner-up.

Tyrolean Captain basic ca. 65.500 EUR/year
12 years 79.000 EUR/year

Lauda Captain basic a little lower
final a little higher

(all figures pre-tax and pre social-security/national pension plan deduction)

Tyrolean flies Dash 8-100/300/400, Canadair CRJ-200 and Fokker 70.

Lauda flies Canadair CRJ-200, 737, 767, 777.

Maybe British Midland is also a hot contender, anyone to comment?

Are those net figues (after tax) that you are stating?
