Looking for some info on Crossair. Genaral company info, bases, working conditions, salaries and benefits, and advancement opportunities. Any info greatly appreciated.

Apparently there is some dissention in the ranks over contract vs. perm pilots and the pay rates, quals, etc.

I was offered an MD-80 type conversion about a yr ago, and was very tempted until I got to the pay package eye opener.

Crossair was willing to hire me (DE Capt), train me on the type, and pay me (after taxes and conversion to USD) around $45,000-$50,000. Not enough. I passed.

I don't know what the situation is now, but if you get on I understand everyone either loves it or hates it.

The F/A's are good looking, though.
