requirements to get into air mauritius ???

anyone out there knows about the requirement to get into air maurituis ??? or any contacts ??? pls HELP ... need to get a new job !!! current company is killing me ... i have about 1200 + hours total ATP coming this july and 900 + on ATR 72-210 ... PLEASE HELP !!!!!

see flight international Advert on 27th Feb 2001. 1500 hrs total + frozen atpl minimum requirement.

a330, try Emirates and Gulf, where conditions are much better than Mauritius!
