PAN PAN PAN

I am presently facing a court case against my old employer who wants me to pay back the type rating. As the involved company conducted several breaches of contract I am not willing to pay back a cent. . .I was bonded for 2 years and left after 1 1/2 years.

Rumors say that in the EU the max. period for any training bond is 12 month.? And that a former Lufthansa Co-pilot won a court case against Lufthansa due to this rule?

I will fight the case to its full extent, any help and information on this topic is highly appreciated.

There is a lawyer in Dusseldorf who actually won a case on behalf of a pilot in the highest court in Germany and the pilot did not have to pay back anything....but this is some years back, law may have changed...

fantom - I was flying executive, there is no union.
