what is your salary based on?
 

is your salary based on seniority/ years of service/experience or is it solely based on aircraft size/type?. .. .what do you think it should be?. .. .mine is based on years of service irrespective of type which I believe is the most fair. experience will or should give you the edge when called for the moment of truth.
