Ryan Air Info?
 

I've heard lot's of things about Ryan Air, good and bad. I'm looking for some salary and schedule info. I've heard they pay well but work their pilots hard. Is this true? If so, what are the numbers?

Pay scale for FOs and Captians?
How many years until Captain?
Flight hours per month?
Typical schedule?
Pilot Bases?
How does the company treat it's employees?

I dont know the capt. payscales but the FO´s are a little different I hear. It obviously depends on your experience and whether you have a B73 rating. i have seen from 6500 stg basic per year, 10 000 stg, 15 000 stg and up to 20 000 but not recently. Other halve of salaries is the sector payments which are on a 50% reduction for the first year 25% the second and 00% the third. Sector pay is 10 000 stg the first year.
Roosters are simple 5 days on and 3 days off, with 6 exemtions per year (then 6 on 2 off.)

I forgot alot there. aprox 3 years to capt. 90-100 hours per month. Bases are London stanstead, Charleroi, Frankfurt Hahn, Dublin, Prestwick, Glasgow, Shannon. Treated good but things could be at a more faster pace in management.
