Easyjet mix of cultures? Contract pilots?

For EZ pilots,
Are there any pilots coming from outside Europe? ( I mean with the legal rights to work and live in the EU, of course...)
Anyone from Latin America, Asia or Africa?
Are there any contract pilots working through agencies? Which ones? In what terms?
Most of the pilots are members of BALPA? Am I wrong?
Thanks for any info...

Nothing heared about contract pilots. At least not on the AIRBUS.
Most pilots are BALPA members?? The overwhelming majority of pilots are members of BALPA!
Thatīs why T&Cīs improved significantly in the last 3 years!:ok:

Hi Kraut, thank you for your reply.

The other question was :

Are there any pilots coming from outside Europe? ( I mean with the legal rights to work and live in the EU, of course...)

Anyone from Latin America, Asia or Africa?

Thanks again

You must have an EU passport to work for easyJet. So there aren't many pilots at EZY who don't come from europe.
Right to work in the (insert EU country here) is not enough, you must have the full passport, and a JAA licence. At the moment at least, it seems EZY has enough applicants that looking past the basic requirements is not necessary. Hope that helps answer your question.

Toofast,

To answer your other question, there used to be quite a few foreign pilots (outside Europe). Australians, Kiwis, Saffos, etc.

But most of them have left now...hope this helps answer your question.
