B737-800 Eurocypria contract

Hello, the following 4 agencies are offering the same contract, Eurocypria, based either in Larnaca, Cyprus or Heraklion, Greece:
Rishworth (4000 Euro),
Sigmar (4600 Euro),
Direct (5000) and
Parc (5300 Euro).
This is for First Officers of course and 500 on type are needed, as usual. No per diems and a 7 month contract. All 3 offer accommodation Sigmar, Direct and Parc give every crew member a rental car and access to cheap BUPA group insurance and loss of licence, aswell as a flight down and back for the screening and at the beginning and end of the contract.
Rishworth does not offer those extras and says there may be an extension at the end of the contract, which is not true.
If anyone knows more (or of other agencies offering the same), please let us know...
cheers, IP

Based on the names of the agencies given in the original post and the salaries/bennies quoted, I would say it's about right. Rishworth is always the lowest in most of what they advertise (I've turned them down TWICE on a fifferent contract because the salary was HALF of what I was currently making and they slashed other stuff by 50%!!).

Parc is usually the best.

If you figure that the client airline pays them a certain amount, then they take their cut and what's left is your "salary". It's quite easy to see with the same contract and the varying rates as to what is going on and who you should be pitching with/for..................
Now, make your choices!

Guys,

Anyone out there with ECA that can give any feedback?

Any chat about permanent contracts in the next year or so or is it set to be seasonal for evermore?

Are you enjoying the work?

kotakota 24th May 2007 14:29

PM?

Please PM me for some info , but please tell me what yr hours/seat time is on NG , training qualifications etc , seasonal or full-time wanted , age , etc........
This is not a recruitment post , just trying to give the best honest info I can . Wrote a loooooooooong PM to GE back in whenever , box was full , so it was deleted !!
Best wishes

Rishworth has always been know in this industry to cheat you, in terms of conditions and salary. Cant be trusted.
Go with the others!

hot tuna 27th May 2007 21:29

Ditto the last, unfortunately some of us find out the hard way.....

Shaman 17th December 2007 08:59

Any news on the new Ops Manager?

What is the truth about the contract pilots - I hear that most of them have gone with the ECA pilots' union being forced to accept Canadian pilots flying an ECA a/c ex HER next summer!
