Will Qatar Airways satisfy its captain
 

Well I need a bit of advice from you guys who fly for Qatar Airways
Is ıt worth to quit your presant company where you get around 80000 usd for QR ?

Money wise(as you mention)...NO it´s not worth to come here in Q.A.
Unless you are a single captain,(no kids,no wife),and you succeed in finding a nice and cheap flat(impossible in Doha), you will not save any money....
Or unless you decide to leave you family behind (not recommended here):{ ,if for example you wife has a good job at home...

Funnily enough, will be flying Qatar on mutiple sectors in a week or so. They offer very good two for one deals. Flight wise, it sounds just like any other middle eastern carrier. Go solo, put head down, work hard and earn less money than one would have thought would be the case?
If anyone feels free to comment, from what general nationality base are the flight crew, or is it just a glorious mish mash?
