Any truth that ezy roster about to improve further?

Hi there,

I have heard recently that Easy were possibly going to improve their rostering further than their current 5/3/5/4 to , perhaps, something like 5/4/4/3.

Does anyone know if this is true?

There is no sign of that!

The agreement we have 5354 works well for flight deck and rostering, there is talk of eventually aiming for 5454 but its a distance away.

Not at the moment. We have just signed a new deal for 5/3/5/4 which takes us through the summer.

5/4/4/3 wouldn't work as there are an equal number of earlies & lates.

The unions are working hard to improve conditions, Personally I think that they're doing a good job, by moving things forward slowly, hopefully we'll see 54/54 sometime in the not too distant future.

4/4 would be difficult in the smaller bases but it would be a good goal to work towards
