Brussels seminar with Cityjet
 

Hello,

Anyone going to the seminar? Cityjet reps are to talk about their rosters, crew retention etc. Anyone have any more information?

City Jet retain crews???!!!!! Is this some kinda joke.90% are on Ryan Air files begging for a job with us.Gotta be some kinda sick joke!!!!

It is actually true, there is a flyer in our ops dept, CEO is the speaker.

The CEO is apparently to give a speech about how to retain crew. Rumour has it cityjet are unable to retain any crew at all, so looks like you can take his words with a large dose of salt.

Heard from a friend today(who's handing in his resignation shortly to join Ryan Air!!!) that there have been no less than 11 crew,mostly hostees, have handed in their resignation in the last week.
Real crunch will come in January when f/os will resign to start here in April. Looks like the new RJs are remote controlled!!!!

Just like Ryan Airs new 737's!!!!!!!
