Twinjet Aircraft Sales

I am considering applying to Twinjet Aircraft Sales for employment on their Legacy operation. Can any present or past employees tell me what they are like to work for; what the terms and conditions are like, and what prospects there are (if any) for later conversion to the Airbus?

I too applied for the Legacy position. Not sure what the deal is with that. Anyone else have the skinny?
