hi there,

Intending to apply with MK airlines, just wanted to have an idea of the terms and conditions for the new joiners

You earn what you deserve...but you need to be patient: I applied in Oct 2004, succeeded my interview and flight sim in Feb 2005 and am still waiting to be called in Sep 2006!!!!!
