Estonian Air

I am interested to hear if anybody knows anything regarding the working conditions in Estonian Air for pilots?
I heard that the pilotunion together with SAS pilotunion made the terms better a few years ago?
Also heard that some Maersk Air captains joined the company?
Any info is highly appreciated?
