NCA Wannabe

Hi. Just wondering if there are any current or former NCA pilots with information. Even if you know somebody who is working for or has worked for Nippon Cargo. Got an interview coming up and wondering what the conditions are like there. Specifically, how often do you fly with fellow ex-pats and how often with Japanese pilots. Also, how realistic is their claim that you would be offered an upgrade after the initial 3.5 year contract.
