Ah. Letter came today. 4 marks below cut-off. Funny that: my second go and only an improvement of 1 point!

Incidently, does anyone know how they work it with the results? Is it a fixed pass mark or do they take the top few that they need?

On present performance, another four years and I should be able to make it to the sim;-).

Hi Guys.

I am just finishing my application to them, and am very interested in hearing how you prepared for the 1 st assesment day, and if it was of any benefit for you??

I know that there is a lot of books on the market with verbal reasoning ect (used thembefore my current job), but are they any good here??
