Depends of expirience on turboprop,jet and so on. They use system of credited hours.If type rated and some hours on type you could start with 4000 euro a month for 2500 credited hrs. The highest step is about 6000? if I remmember well since I´m not that far.Good things-quite a lot of interesting destinations in the summer-charters, low tax - roughly 20%, low living expenses-apartment cca.250-300euros,dinner up to 10... Bad things- no fixed roster pattern,lot of stby´s,on call duty´s. Good to start R/H or L/H, not till retirement. Good luck :) ,F.S.
