Snba Virgin Express

Anybody can inform me about these SN and virgin express-salary wise and about the schedule for captain. Any direct entry for left seat . What about the athmosphere , lots of rumour.

Just did a contract for SNBA on 319/330.
Flying great: lots of visuals, manual flying as much a you want, nice destinations, 1st class hotels, ...
Salary crap: if you have to pay belgian taxes 3000 eur or 5500 if you can avoid the belgian taxman...
No DEC, only a couple of contractors, seniority list, time to command 10years...

Virgin Express:

cpt salary is 3600€ after (50%) taxes. No dec as upgradable F/O's list is very long.
Flexible roster: no sequence but max. 7 days on then 3 days off (sometimes 5/2, 6/3,...). Very nice spirit: everybody knows each other.
No plan for expansion as they are going onto a merging with SN BA ... but wait & see.
At this time, they have too many cpts ----) very cool roster during last summer (50 hours/month).
