PPRuNe Forums - Training Captain Salaries/Premiums

If anyone can help, I am looking for information on training captains salaries/premiums. In particular, I am interested in European Turboprop operators but any other information would be appreciated. The information is to review what is been paid by my current employer. For those of you who "won't show me yours until I show you mine" these are our present rates.

European regional turboprop operator.

Training captains are paid an extra premium rather than a percentage of the basic salary.

Line training Captains: €2500/annum (Approx 4% of basic)

TRI/TRE: €4500/annum. (Approx 8% of basic)

I'm not looking for a discussion on how well or badly training captains are paid but would rather be interested in trying to establish what the industry standard is.
