Ryanair at Strasbourg?
 

Hi,
Has anybody heard rumours about a possible opening of a Ryanair crew base at Strasbourg?

FR used fo fly to Strasbourg France LFST/SXB, but moved to Baden-Baden Germany following a dispute with "AF subsidiary" Brit Air.

FR is opening 4 routes from Nantes LFRS/NTE within 4 months.

I was told from an airport employee in Basle that Ryanair could operate from BSL next year.

We'll see !

Ryanair used to operate London Stansted - Strasbourg solely with the aircraft only touching down for 25minutes a day, but never a crew base. It was quite succesful but there was a dipute between the French authorities and with Brit Air so the route was closed. If have never expected nor heard that the route would become a base.
