Ryanair contract pilot

Could someone tell me what the the 5on 5 off routine is on a month to month basis:

Do you fly with the same crewmembers, cockpit and cabin, for the same 5 days?

Do you get a weekly or monthly base assignment to fly out of?

Do you then arrange your own lodging at this temp base?

If so, what is typical, does Ryanair pick up the cost or is it the crewmembers?

If it is the crewmembers cost, what is the typical nightly rate one has experienced?

Read up on how these characters treat pilots. Do your best to to survive on furlough but please think twice before sinking this low.

Very simple, ryanair pay for nothing, Ryanair arrange nothing and I mean nothing. Medicals, sims, even tea coffee and water, its all down to you. Even if they forget to tell you something you got to second guess them and chase it up. Otherwise they blame you.
