virgin atlantic

Hey folks..

After having found this forum I thought maybe you could help me to get information. I have a job on a 737NG in Germany and I am looking for flying long range someday. What do you know about foreign pilots flying in the UK / flying for Virgin Atlantic? Maybe anyone flying there? IŽd be glad about some information.
Thanks a lot..

disregard..

I found out here are a lot of comments to virgin..

anyway.. still gratefull for new infos.

There are several foreign pilots working at Virgin. The only relevant stipulations are the right to live and work in UK (which, as an EU national, you have automatically), and possession of a UK-issued JAA or CAA licence (the reasons for which have been discussed recently).

Many Virgin pilots commute from other countries; our longest-distance commuters are from South Africa and Canada, so Germany shouldn't be a problem!

more about virgin..

Since things are not going well in Scandinavia (full stop for any recruiting and advancement) I'm also seeking info about other career opportunities.

Could anyone give some info about workschedules, leave and time to command in Virgin Atlantic.
