What does FWS mean?

I don't know what FWS stands for, but i think this is when you sell back a day off and that is the amount you get per day. Do a night stop and double it, not bad eh!!!!

Flexible Working Scheme.

Yes, you can work a day off for the payment. Start early or cross midnight and you get double payments.
