WDL - what are they like to work for?

A guy I met recently was thinking about going to work for these guys on a contract. Does anyone know anything about WDL? I gather they are German, and do a lot of subbing for other airlines. They run airships too, apparently.

Any info greatly appreciated... virtual beers all round!
