Contracting Agencies

Can anybody confirm the rumor please,
Apparently some Contracting Agencies charge their pilots 20 %
off their salaries, not to get the job, but rather throughout the contract, month after month.......

Green guard, If any agency asks you for money, walk away. The agencies will keep a portion of the money the airline pays them but you will never know, or should you care. Usually the market takes care of excessive profits.
