Well it looks as though MOL and the gang at Ryan are willing to cough up the cake for a rating on the NG. This appears only to be for skippers but how long can this last? Are high time FO's next? 5 year bond? That is a good one.......

If people (Capt/FO) stopped applying and paying at Ryan (and others for that matter) then all ratings would be FREE. Nice to see that even the folks that invented 'Buy a Job' are feeling the pinch!

Yes, true... but apparently some of the recent signers have signed up to accept potentially draconian conditions in certain circumstances .... and the interpretation of those circumstances will be up to ... guess who? But you are dead right, absolutely right, they are stuck for pilots (but still suckering some people in for worse conditions than others who simply hold out for a week!). People truly get what they deserve!
