Starting salary at RyanAir for first officers
 

I've got just over 1000hrs on a JAR 25 aircraft and am trying to find out the starting salary/flight pay for a new joiner. From what people have told me it is a lot better than those joining with less than 1000hrs JAR 25.

I've tried emailing and calling ryanair for information but they dont ever seem to return my emails of phone calls!

I've had a look at ppjn for info and it seemed to lean towards JAR 25 f/o's starting on full flight pay and salary but I just wanted to see if anyone could confirm that.

I also would like to find out at which point flight pay and full salary are paid. Is it after type rating/line training etc.
