Ile of Man or UK, lawyer.

Hi Gentlemen,
I just ended a contract in Japan for ANET.
I was subcontracted by PARC in Ile of Man.
They still owe me at least 8 days of pay.
Anyone would know a lawyer that worked similar case before?

Thanks for any infos.

I think the lawyer you need is one who specialises in the law of the country that applies to your contract.

Somewhere in your contract the country who's law applies, should be specified.

Just because the employing company were on the Isle of Man, does not mean that Isle of Man law applies to the contract.

It is !
That is what I was asking for.
In the contract it specifies the laws of "Isle of Man".
So there might be someone who had a previous experience like this one who can help me.
Instead of just picking any lawer out of the blue!!
Thanks

Sabeji

For 8 days its probable not worth paying a solicitor.
Get local debt collection agency to handle it for %age
or check out small claims court and DIY
