I know there is a book on the interview preparation with cathay. Could anybody tell me where I can find it? Thankx a lot

The book is called PREPARING FOR YOUR CATHAY PACIFIC INTERVIEW - THE PILOT'S GUIDE by Captains X,Y & Z (10th Edition). Even has an ISBN: 0-9682836-0-8. This latest edition was published about April/May 2004 and is still, I believe, the current one. How often they republish I am not to sure but I vaguely recall the 9th edition coming out 3 or 4 years ago.
