The Deal has been done and so have we.
Be interesting to see how many shares the Flight Op's Director gets based on that Criteria.

Shares for length of service is a Joke to say the least.
Why should an employee who meets the 3 year qualifying criteria get only 10 shares less than for example, another employee who has been loyal for 9 years, 11 months and 29 days?

With exception of the No1's, the Cabin Crew have been shafted yet again!

All you guys currently Jumping Ship are also in for a shock, regardless of how long you have stayed.

So anymore on the details of the deal. When I resigned loads of people said that I would be missing out on a huge amount of money and that I should consider staying. As when I left I had only been there for 2 years it sounds from your comments Smokie that it wouldn't of mattered anyway.

Hmmmm.......Seems like everyone is happy with their allocation.
Or that those normally posting here have have still got wet ink on their license!!

Some guys say that it will be about £100 a share when it floats.
