Gossip in KLM Cityhopper...
 

It is alledged that due to the lack of bids for F50 Commands (which is a story in it's own right!), Cityhopper have been advertising for Direct Entry Captains. The terms are not full "Mainline" terms but a sort of "Do six years in the wilderness, and then we'll let you in" sort of deal. However, if one is prepared for an AMS base, has a mortgage to pay, mouths to feed (I'm thinking of the Excel guys (and guyesses) here or Denim Air people who want a change) then maybe here is an option. Also rumours from the inside are that the F50's have only three years to go.

KLM Cityhopper needs about 25 Direct Entry for there F50 fleet. First start as FO and then after a year move to the left seat. The ad hasn't been posted in English and it seems that speaking Dutch is essential. But hey... just try.

In the add it says

"Dus voordat je solliciteert: check again of het hoogst haalbare voor jou wel haalbaar is"

Translation:
Before you apply: check again if the highest achievable is indeed achievable for you....
