what is a good place to work for as Captain (perm or contract) on B737ng?
and what are the conditions like salary, vacation, off days, benefits etc?

I think your question is a little general!

Where are you willing to locate too? What is your experience? What rights of abode do you hold?

As a general comment, you've probably left it a little late for a summer contract this year, but there is hiring at the Lo Cos (Jet 2 for example.)
