contract for finncom
 

Hi there,

Is there anybody who works as contract pilot for Finncom or Golden Air?
I would appreciate any comment about the company and have an idea about the salary and roster as contract pilot.

I don't work for Finncomm but have several buddies flying for them in Helsinki so this is just word of mouth. Expect to fly about 60 to 70 hours per month with one or two short night stops (basically a 5-6 hour break between the last evening flight and the first morning flight) per week. Average length of each flight is under an hour so lots of sectors. They operate to swedish flight time limitations so rosters can be a bit more flexible than in other Finnish companies. I don't know about the contact t's and c's but full time employees are paid less than other saab340 pilots. Have fun, if you decide to go for it:)
